Ducting or Re-circulating

Most Smeg hoods offer the choice of ducting or re-circulating, so you can select your preferred method.

Venting/ducting out provides optimum extraction of cooking fumes by expelling them outside, using a vent kit (available as an optional accessory).

This hood has a 150 mm vent outlet, so you can choose between the following options:

• SP150– Simple vent kit for hoods with a 150 mm diameter vent outlet.
• SP150FLAT– Comprehensive vent kit for hoods with a 150 mm diameter vent outlet.

Re-circulating extracts the cooking fumes and passes them through active charcoal filters (available as an optional accessory), recirculating the cleaned air back into the room.

Intensive Extraction

A powerful intensive speed can be selected when quick extraction is needed. Whether you’re creating a sizzling stir-fry or preparing an aromatic curry, even the strongest cooking odours will be removed in no time.

LED Lighting

These lights are long-lasting, energy-efficient, and perfectly illuminate the work surface below. They can be switched on independently of the fans and used simply to create ambient lighting in the kitchen.
